Read only access to folder on another drive

I've read all the sections www.coreftp.com/server/help/contents.htm, but I'm still lost on how to give users access to folders other than their home.

I've setup the domain, with the base dir = c:\ftp-core. I want to create a user "testuser" and give the user read-only access to the h:\media folder. Can someone please walk me through this process?
