We will be setting up a new FTP server and are trying to figure out the absolute easiest way to transfer files for those who will be doing the transfers. I found the "MISC...->Create Shortcut" this morning. Trying it out, it opens the site, goes to the folder I specify, but fails to transfer the file I have dropped onto the shortcut.

Is there another step for getting the shortcuts to work?
