Access denied and no logs

Running Core FTP Server version 1.2, build 581 for quite some time without fail. Recently, newly created users are unable to login, they get an access denied message. I edited the logging options in the domain, but I can't get Core FTP to create log files, except for the global log files. The new users are setup the same way as we setup regular working users, simple username and passwords, an individual home directory, and full permissions on their home directory. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you don't have more than one CoreFTPServer\config.dat on your machine. You may be updating the wrong configuration file. This can be caused by running as admin and then not running as admin.


"Run as admin" at all times and set your config file in the global settings:
