trouble connecting to domain

I am using Core ftp LE and it has worked well for me for a while but I am having trouble connecting with this one domain name...it seems to find the domain alright but has trouble after this...I have the correct username and password...Can u help please??? thanks

its usually a DNS configuration error. It may clean itself up within 24 hours. If not you will need to contact the server administrator.

You can also try the domain without the ftp. portion of the domain name.
