On one of my ftp sites, the remote directories and files all have time stamps infront of them......

2003 fred.txt
When i look, they are not actually named like that and I am unable to modify the dirs/files with coreftp.
I have turned off MDTM on the options but to no avaul
Im on 1.3b 1403, using Xp to a linux ftp server (apache?)
Any help much appreciated.
