I've previously used Core FTP with no problems. However, having just lost my old hard disc and re-downloaded the software, I'm getting the red "connection failed" message.
I'm logging in with my same username and password as always.
When I type in the URL, ":21", which I assume is "Port 21" (whatever that is) positions itself at the end of the URL - is this a factor? Could changing the "port" make a difference?
Any help appreciated.
