SFTP Connection error

When i try to connect to the site i get this error.

failed to negotiate client to server encryption algorithm
SFTP connection error.

It is only happening under 1 account on 1 computer. Under different windows user profiles the program will connect correctly. I have tried deleting the profile and uninstall and reinstalling the client.

Need some help.

please can you generate public key from your system then after you can send the public key your server system give the permission SFTP public key
