Connection Timeout ??

I don't 100% understand what this means. In the Help File, it reads:

Connection Timeout -- This is the amount of time that the client will wait to connect to a server.


In the Quick Connect window,
1) If Timeout is 5, does this mean 5 seconds or 5 minutes?
2) Does this mean the time Core will wait to reconnect?

This is just in reference to the time it takes to make the tcp connection. Sometimes on slow networks it can take anywhere from 15-30 seconds to connect to the remote server.

All settings are in seconds...
