I use the ftp proxy of my internet provider as it make faster my downloads on FTP servers.
I use it from internet explorer (and some others) with no problem.
But I can't understand how to make this proxy working under core ftp.
I tried several configurations, but no result, it refuses to connect to the FTP servers. Core ftp works without the proxy, but not with it.
The config panel of CFTP is not very clear for those who simply want to use the settings taken into internet explorer (a very frequent case, I presume).
My settings in IE are:

FTP adress: proxy.free.fr
Port: 3128
and some exceptions for the local network.
A typical error message:

Resolving largedownloads.ea.com, via proxy (proxy.free.fr)...
Connect socket #8392 to 213.228.0.86, port 3128 (to 21)...
Can't establish connection --> largedownloads.ea.com:21 @ Thu Nov 17 03:33:18 2005 (0-19)me
Anybody could tell how to configure Core FTP ?
