Cannot connect to Rootsweb with Core ftp

Hello all,
I can't connect to rootsweb at all with core ftp.
I'm at a loss. I have defender firewall pro and have Core as an exception, and also have execption on the XP firewall. Help me please!

It doesn't look like there is a SSH/SFTP server running on port 22 at that address. There was a regular FTP server running on port 21 though...
