SSL errors

Post by bwright »

I am trying to get a remote user/vendor connected to our ftp server using SSL. We have plenty of other users connecting to it with CoreFTP, and have tested using his login info, so it's definitely not server side.

From what I have gathered, he is using Core 2.1 Pro, on Vista. I've verified that his connection options are correct. (he sent a screenshot of his Site Manager window)

When he attempts, he gets this error:

SSL/TLS error - 0, SSL error - 5, error:00000005:lib(0):func(0):DH lib
SSL Connection not established

The only time I have been able to replicate this, is when I cancel the option to accept the certificate. When we asked him if he was doing the same, he responded that "he doesn't get that window".

Has anyone seen this problem before, or have any ideas?

edit: apparently part of the error resulted in a smiley....
