Small fixes changes required

I have hammered the software a lot and I have found the following features in need to changing / fixing.
1 - Force registration key in. Perhaps a drop down register option on the program.
2 - Need to fix the directory permissions. With only a W permission on a sub directory, you cant CD to that protected directory. Normally on a FTP directory set to write only, you can CD into it, but only can store files. The list, dir, get, etc are all stopped. You also can CD .. back out.
3 - When you stop the service on core ftp server it generates an error in the application event log... (it should not generate a error).
4 - Can future revision work so any changes you make in the program (users, sites, permissions, ports, etc, etc) be done immediately, instead of having to stop the service and restart it?
