Error: disconnect from 124.229.247.238: 2: key check failed

Please, please help

One of my users is receiving the below error when he tries to connect. This happened after I configured [b][Allow key Authentication][/b] and [b][Key Authentication only][/b] and configured the public key on my server. What does the error mean? Please help
