Core FTP

I have set up 2 Core FTP Servers to test SFTP functionality (which once we get it working intend to purchase the licenses for, if we get it working). Both of them seem to loose the server configuration after I close the configuration window and log out of the terminal session.

Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

Any help will be greatly appreciated and if more information is needed let me know what and I'll do what I can to provide it.
