CoreFTP Server not working

Hi, I recently bought a full licence of CoreFTP Server but still I have to run the msftpsrvr.exe application to get the SFTP running. Previoulsy I was running on Trial Version where I used to Run this application (Limitation of the Trial S/W). I thought it runs as service. Also, I have created another user and I cant able to get this user working. Please help...
