Unable to transfer from multiple directories

We use MoveIt Central to access an external customers files. They are currently using Core. I connect fine and as long as I'm only looking in one directory I'm fine. But if my job is set to inspect all the directories from my connection point it fails after the second directory.

Is there a different way I need to try and traverse these? MoveIt can be customized if needed. I've changed my entry point to various places within the structure and it works fine at each so its not a security issue - its only when I try multiple folder - regardless of if they are subfolders or next to each other in the root.
